Yes. Samples can be provided if there are some in our hand.
Just need some sample cost and we'll return it back when proceed into mass production.
Connecting the sample, it will be about 7 to 14 days
[2] Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
Yes. We will not release your design to the third party unless with your permission.
[3] How to deal with the parts received when they are found to be in poor quality?
Please rest assured that all our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery and generally there
will no non-conformance; in case of non-conformance,
please contact us immediately, take some pictures, we will check on the problems and have themreworked or repaired at the first
time. The resulting transportation costs are borne by our company.
[4] What is the average delivery date?
For mass production, it depends on the quantity & processing degree.
But in generally, it will be about 20 to 35 days
[5] What is your warranty for the items? what is the process if the parts don't meet specification?
Because most of the items we produce are not the final customer goods, so we can not give you any warranty. If the parts not meet
specification, we can revised it or reproduce it for you by free of charge, we suggest all of our customer to take goods
inspection before delivery.
