By special moulding and sintering technology, Kingda Y-TZP consists of yttrium stabilized zirconium oxide. Yttria Stabilized Zirconia (Y-TZP) is the strongest ceramic material we offer. Y-TZP is a purely tetragonal phase, fine grain material. This material offers the highest flexural strength of all Zirconia based materials. It gives significant advantages in the fields of resistance to wear and absence of contamination.
Features:
A. Long lifespan: 30 times longer life than glass beads, 6 times than zirconium silicate beads.
B.High efficiency: around 6 times higher than glass beads; 2 times than zirconium silicate beads.
C. Excellent wear resistance and fracture toughness is especially suited for high-solid-phase high viscosity, high hardness of thepaste for grinding and dispersing of pure; good match at the same
time high input energy and the high shear machine sanding.
Applicable industry:
It is suitable for milling and dispersing high viscosity pastes such as paper making, textile, dyeing, screen printing inks,offset inks, CaCO3, metal minerals;and high purity products ,such as pharmaceutical and foodstuff.
