Trade terms: EXW,FOB,CFR,CIF,DDU,DDP all accepted.
Payment terms: Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we accept L/C. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, paypal or cash.

We also have English speaking engineers who can come to help your installation and you pay salary to them.

(6)What’s your warranty policy?

We offer THREE years warranty for ninja warrior course truss and ONE year warranty for others. All products at TOPKIDSPLAY are guaranteed to be free of detect for up to one year from the date of purchase.During the warranty time,if there is something trouble occurring to the goods while the buyers operate the equipment normally following the technical manuals or the seller’s instructions, the Seller shall be liable for the new ones upon the buyer’s requirement. The buyer need to handle the shipping cost.

(7)How long does it take to manufacture a ninja warrior course?

Production scheduled time varies depending on the size and complexity of the ninja warrior course. However, it is approximately 15-30 days from the contract date for normal obstacle course. We will also work with you on a schedule that best meets your requirement.
