Commercial yogurt making machine
The yogurt making machine is used to making yogurt from fresh milk or leavening agent.
It has 4 steps:Sterilization, fermenting, condensation and cold-storage
1.Sterilization: Get ready the yogurt cups and doing sterilization
2.Fermenting. The yogurt material will be heated up to 38-45°C, and keep in this temperature for about 3-10 hours. The yogurt is done.
3.Condensation. The yogurt is cooling down to around 18°C. It gets thicker and taste good.
4.Cold-storage. Keeping the yogurt in 15-18°C
