KSD301 series products are thermostats that use bimetallic pieces as temperature sensing elements. When the appliance is working normally, the bimetals are in a free state and the contacts are in a closed state. When the temperature reaches the operating temperature, the bimetals will generate internal stress when heated. Act quickly to open the contacts and cut off the circuit, thus controlling the temperature. When the appliance cools down to the reset temperature, the contacts close automatically and resume normal operation.

Installation and use instructions.
1. Grounding method: It is connected to the grounding metal parts of the equipment through the metal cover of the thermostat.
2. The thermostat should work in a general indoor environment where the relative humidity of the air is not greater than 90%, and there is no corrosive gas, flammable gas and conductive dust.
3. When the thermostat adopts contact temperature sensing, its cover should be close to the heating part of the controlled appliance, and the temperature sensing surface of the cover should be coated with a guide.
Thermal grease or other thermally conductive medium with similar properties.
4. When the temperature controller senses temperature through contact with liquid or steam, it is recommended to use stainless steel capped products, and there should be reliable leakage prevention measures.
To prevent liquid from seeping into the thermostat insulation parts.
5. Do not collapse or deform the top of the cover to avoid changing the operating temperature or affecting other properties.
6. Do not allow liquid to penetrate the thermostat! The shell must be protected from excessive force to prevent cracks; the shell should be kept clean to prevent contamination by conductive materials, so as to avoid short-circuit breakdown due to reduced insulation performance.
7. Do not bend the connection terminals during use, otherwise the reliability of the electrical connection will be affected.
