Description
The DSF-PY series dental furnaces consist of a double shell structure with excellent insulation. The specially designed structure ensures that the furnace can achieve fast heating and cooling procedures, providing a cleaner working environment during the zirconia sintering process. And we design two different heating elements according to your needs. If you have a lower working temperature up to 1600C and prefer a fast sintering, SIC bars will be a suitable choice. If you prefer higher temperatures up to 1700C, we are also able to offer Mosi2 rod heating.

DSF-PY can open the furnace chamber at 900℃ to cool down through the specially designed structure and furnace chamber insulation, and finish taking the teeth at 500℃ to open the next furnace sintering, which greatly accelerates the working efficiency.
