Installation method of electric hoist:
1. Electric hoist is divided into electric trolley type (that is, electric hoist can lift heavy objects up and down, It can also move left right.)

1. For the newly installed or disassembled electric hoist, the first step is to run the hoist several times. However, before the installation is completed, do not power on and test run.
2. Before normal operation, the static load test should be carriedout at the rated load of 125%, lifting about 100 mm from the ground and 10 minutes to check whether it's normal.
3. The dynamic load test is based on the rated load weight for repeated lifting and moving test. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connection part arenormal and reliable.
4. In use, it is absolutely forbidden to use in the environment that is not allowed, and when it exceeds the rated load and the rated closing times per hour (120 times).

5. During installation, commissioning and maintenance, it is necessary to strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook is raised to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the reel cover must be more than50 mm( 10MT, 16MT, 20MT must be more than 120 mm). When the hook is lowered to the limit position, the safety circles of the wire
rope on the reel should be ensured, and the effective safety circles must be more than 2circles.
6. It is not allowed to press two hand switch buttons that make the electric hoist move in the opposite direction at the same time.
7. After operation, the main switch of power supply must be swithed to cut off the power supply.
8. The electric hoist shall be operated by a specially assigned person, and the operator shall fully follow the safety operation procedures, and it is strictly prohibited to pull and lift the hoist askew.

9. In use, the electric hoist must be checked regularly by special personnel,and timely measures shall be taken in case of any fault, and records shall be made carefully.
10. When adjusting the brake sliding amount of electric hoist, it should be ensured that the brake sliding amount s V/ 100 underrated ( V is the stable lifting distance within one minute under load).
