Colorless crystal or white powder with relative density 2.34 and melting point 252.6. It is soluble in water, alcohol insoluble.
The aqueous solution is acidic.
Uses:
As buffer agent, cultured agent in industry; Bacterial culture, flavouring agent of synthetic rice wine, raw material for
potassium metaphosphate, cultured agent, food fortifier, expander, ferment auxiliary; High-efficient phosphorus (P) and potassium
(K) compound fertilizer.
Packing: 25kg plastic woven bag, store at dry and ventilated place.
