Herbs Jar Powered by HumidiShield 2-way Humidity Control Disc is made with a US patented technology that creates and maintains the jar's relative humidity (RH) level at 62% throughout its lifespan. Herbs kept in this herbs jar stay fresh and potent for 6 months (frequent opening will reduce its lifespan). Replace the HumidiShield 2-way Humidity Control Disc every 6 months or when the RH Indicator Card shows that the RH in the jar is no longer suitable for the herbs. When the RH Indicator Card indicates that the RH level in the jar is no longer in the correct range (or it has been used for six months), take the old HumidiShield out and replace it with a new one. Fix the HumidiShield (an RH Indicator Card is attached) to the inner side of the closure lid. Shake the lid. If the HumidiShield does not drop, the change is complete.

Workshop
Our factory is equipped with a complete line of production equipment, including a cutting machine, powder packaging machine, granule packaging machine, automatic packaging equipment, film laminating machines, transverse cutting machines, slitting machines, drying machines, and a coating machine. In the production of premium quality plant fiber desiccants, the plant fiber rolls are first coated with a drying agent in the desired concentration, and are then cut into fiber sheets. After drying, the different sized sheets are assembled into the end product in various specifications.
The production of mineral desiccants and silica desiccants is relatively simple. We first package the desiccant according to the client’s demands for weight, and then package the product in a barrier bag and carton before leaving the factory.
