4.Q:How about the retail packing and bulk packing?
   A:For retail packing, one ram in one box, with sticker and label; bulk packing is ram with/Without sticker, can be 50pcs or 100pcs in one box. Plz kindly check the pictures as attached.

5.Q:Can you inform us your guarantee terms and RMA deal procedure?

   A: Our ram enjoy lifetime warranty, which will be clearly marked on PI. The RMA/ defective rate is less than 1%, if it has problem, you can send back to us, we will repair or replace for you.
