Product Introduction

Kaierjian hearing aid impression material (putty) is RTV-2 silicone. Compare to other hearing impression material, our products have the features of clear, safe, exact impression, non-shrink. It can be used as hearing-aid impression material. Part A is white putty, part B is green putty. Mix them with the ration of 1:1

NOTE:

Temperature takes significant effect on curing time; the material will cure slowly in low temperature and cure quickly in high temperature. when the temperature is higher than, 30°, pls chill the products for 2 hours and that will be prolong the working time for 60s.

Usage

Take the putty with the ratio of 1:1 by specialized spoon (white for the part A, colored for part B).

Mix them by hand to yield a homogenous color and then introduce it into injection. The best mixing time is not more than 40s. Temperature takes significant effect on curing time; the material will cure slowly in low temperature and cure quickly in high temperature. Please adjust the operating rhythm according to the temperature of environment and finger.
