DSM-G Portable Density Meter is a precision device for measuring liquid density developed by QINGDAO AUBON INSTRUMENT CO, LTD.
This manual introduces the product structure, usage, technical parameters, and other precautions of DSM-G type Portable Density Meter. Basic knowledge of mechanics and electronics is required to read this manual.
This device is intrinsically safe. If used in explosive hazard places such as oil depots, the operator and maintenance personnel must have basic knowledge of safety as well as a general understanding of intrinsically safe electrical device and its associated device.
This device passed the test of NEPSI (National Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion Protection and Safety of Instrumentation), and accord with relevant stipulations of General Requirements, Intrinsically Safe Circuit and Electrical Apparatus in
GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive atmospheres Part 1: Device General requirements".

Application
The Portable Density Meter Based on U-Shaped Tube Principle (Density Meter for short hereinafter) is designed to measure the density and temperature of liquids. 2ml sample is enough to quickly measure density and temperature, and convert to standard density at the same time. U-Tube vibrating measuring principle, which is suitable for liquid density measurement in petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, and can completely replace the traditional manual density measurement.
