Structure Summary
1. Equipment use
(1) Substructure inspection:
The base must be stable and the column must not tilt significantly.
(2) Zero adjustment:
When the scale is empty, the pointer should be aligned with the "0" mark. If there is any deviation, it should be adjusted with the adjusting screw at the lower neck of the disc. After each adjustment, use
Gently push the bearing plate with your toes to make the pointer quickly exceed the "0" mark and bounce back naturally. If the pointer coincides with the "O" mark, you can use it.
2. Equipment maintenance:
(1) Keep dry and tidy. Do not be exposed to the sun or rain.
(2) Frequently check the placement of the base and the change of the pointer "0" position line to make it comply with the relevant provisions of the previous section.
If it stays at any position, the top of the inner tube is equipped with a movable measuring plate, which can be used by pulling up the measuring plate so that it is at right angles to the tube body.
(3) When moving the scale, it shall not be dragged and pulled heavily, but handled gently.
(4) Special attention shall be paid to prevent impact and overload during weight measurement.
(5) When pulling the body length, it should be pulled along the straight direction of the pipe body, not too hard.
(6) In case of failure, it shall be stopped and inspected by full-time personnel. Other personnel shall not dismantle it at will.
Precautions during measurement:
When measuring the weight, stand in the center of the bearing plate.
When measuring the body length, pull up the measuring plate at right angles to the square tube, slide the measuring plate slider to measure the height of 70-130.5 (cm), and its reading
It can be read from the connection between the edge of the measuring plate slider and the inner tube scale, and then pull out the inner tube to measure the height of 130.5-190 (cm), and its reading
It can be read from the connection between the outer tube edge and the middle tube scale.
