White fused alumina is made by fusing in an electric arc furnace at high temperature. It has high hardness and better cutting characteristics. It is suitable for manufacturing of vitrified and resinoid tools, and for lapping, polishing and blasting. It can be also used to make engineering ceramic and superior refractory products.
White fused alumina has white color and a little higher hardness and toughness comparing with the brown one. will be used for precision casting and high-grade refractory.
