Summary
HPC099 is an automatic bus passenger counting machine with high accuracy (92% -98%), which is developed based on binocular stereo vision technology and intelligent video analysis technology. The binocular camera with artificial human eye engineering design will collect real-time passenger movement information in the door range and rapidly computes the 3D data of the target passengers through the processor. The 3D data includes the height and shoulder width of the target passengers and so on. The target elements which do not conform to human characteristics will be automatically filtered (such as trolleys, personal belongings, etc.). The same high-accuracy detection can be achieved in the sun or in dark environment.
There is one data interfaces for HPC099 sensor: RS485, which makes it very convenient to be interfaced by third-party system and achieve data interaction.

Basic Device
1. Sensor (HPC099)
Processor and camera are integrated all-in-one. Mounted on the ceiling of the door, counts people get in or out of the bus.
1 piece sensor per door, so 1 piece sensor for 1-door bus, 2 pieces sensors for 2-door bus.

Optional Solutions
1. SD card storage (HPC099-SD)
1 piece HPC099-SD per bus.
Data is only stored in the SD card, data can be pulled out from SD card to computer for checking directly.
This solution suit for no wifi and no GPRS in the bus.
2. GPRS module(HPC099-G)
1 piece HPC099-G per bus.
Data will be transferred to server through the GPRS module in real-time. In this solution, GPRS is needed in the bus, and need GPRS software (HPC099-GS) to check data and track the location of buses in background.
This solution suit for no wifi in the bus or bus station.
3. Network Module (HPC099-N)
1 piece HPC099-N per bus.
Data will be transferred from Network module to the server directly.
Network software (HPC099-NS) is needed in this solution.
This solution suit for wifi available in the bus.
4. Wifi Network Module (HPC099-W & HPC099-N)
This solution suit for wifi only available in the bus station, not available in the bus.
Firstly, a Wi-Fi Module (HPC099-W) need to be installed in every bus, then install the Network Module (HPC099-N) in the bus station.
When bus stopped in station, Wifi Module will connect the Network Module automatically, then data will be transferred to the server directly.
