A1: For express charges you can pay to our company account directly. For those customers who has express account, we will send the samples by freight collected. If customers need samples, we can provide it for free.

A2: Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular order, we prefer 50% in advance, 50% before shipping from the factory.

A3: We have Cable Tray Strut Channel and Busway QC team comply with TQM. Each step is in compliance to the standards. At the same time, we will take photos and shoot video for you.
