Double tank water immersion retort sterilizer
The Water Immersion Process is the most widely accepted method of sterilizing product using an
overpressure process. The Water Immersion process is similar to a saturated steam process in that the product is totally isolated
from any influence of cooling air – the product is totally submerged in water. But, it is different from Saturated Steam in that
air can be introduced into the vessel during sterilization. Overpressure is provided by introducing air (or steam) on top of the
water. In some instances, air is added to the steam (which then heats the air). The heated air agitates the water as it flows to
the surface and serves to pressurize the process load.

Working Method
Step 1: Preheat
Fill up the tank with water and inject steam to heat up to the temperature
Step 2 Inject the water
Put water from upper tank into the sterilizer
Step 3 Sterilization
Circulating pump sterilization water in the closed circuit system circulation, water over the sterilization, with steam into the
circulation pipeline, the temperature of circulating water continues to rise, and ultimately controlled in the required
temperature, tank pressure through the pressure valve and exhaust valve adjustment in the desired range.
Step 4 Recycle
Pump the sterilizing water back into the upper tank
5 Cool Down
Inject cooling water, the temperature of the sterilizer was constantly coolled down, and until the set degree.
Step 6 Drain
The cooling water is pumped out through the circulating pump, and the pressure in the chamber is discharged through the exhaust valve
