Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A1. Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Q2. Which certificates do you have?
A2. We have CE/IEC//UN38.3/MSDS ...etc.
Q3. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
A3. Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q4. How can we guarantee quality?
A4. Always a pre-production sample before mass production and final Inspection before shipment.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.
Q6. Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourselves ?
A.Yes. The battery can be put in parallel or series by customers. But there are few tips we need to pay attention;
1.Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put in parallel. If they are not same, charge them to the same rate.
2.Don't not put discharged battery and undischarged battery in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack.
3.Advise us the target capacity of the whole pack if you would like to put them in series. We will choose the suitable BMS for
each battery.
Q7.How does ship the LiFePo4 battery packs?
The goods can be picked up by your own forwarder. If there is no forwarder， we will ship the battery packs to you.
For sample order or small battery packs,we can ship by express through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DPD etc.
If whole parcel over 100KG,can ship by air or by sea,sea shipping is more economical.
Please tell us your nearest airport name and sea port name to check the best option for you.
