Double needle sewing direct drive with fixed needle bar.
Double needle sewing machine, sometimes referred to as a twin needle, is a kind of common sewing machine with two needles in top and bottom feed(feed dog and needle to make material move, item NO. 8422/8722), tri synchronous feed(heavy duty type application usually for woven fabric, plus a not uviersal presser foot to make material move against top and bottom feed type, as known as item NO. 4420) or needle split bar (needle can turn corner, as known as item NO. 8452/8472 type).
The effect is that the two needles are parallel to each other. However, it is indispensable. Although single needle flat bed can sometimes replace double needles, considering efficiency, factory workers use double needle to do parellel seaming work in mass production. The efficiency of double needles is high, and the double parallel lines are neat and beautiful.
1. We have small rotary hook (8422) and large rotary hook (8722) solutions as your choices;
2. Additional functions: backstitch device and thread-wiper device;
3. Different solutions for sewing factories options:
3.1 Small rotary hook 1.5 times(8422) or big rotary hook 2 times(8722);
3.2 Both can be apply to thick type(403) or thick type(405);
3.3 Major difference from 8422 and 8722 will be in max needle gauge: 3/5mm for 8422 and 7mm for 8722;
