SPB-DZT Series eps sheets moulding machine
It is used 10” air-inlet pipe and 12” drainage pipe instead of traditional 4-6” air inlet and drainage pipes. Specially, Adopts
stainless steel wedge strip, which realize the ventilation area 17-18%(normal aluminum alloy with milling groove of vent plate only 3.8% owning to small vent area of too much air inlet and cooling time), it increased the cross steam speed and greatly improve the adhesion degree of block, so that the resist compression strength and tensile strength of block can be achieve simultaneity.
B. Adopts “C” type heating (five sides of air-inlet, one side of exhaust), improved cross steam force of block, realize even
heating and density for EPS blocks.
C. Adopts Germany foam pressure sensor instead of electric contact pressure sensor, which control the foam pressure to control the whole heating process, keep steam heating and cooling stable simultaneity, avoid broken or shrinkage of inside block.
