In our Spring Facility, we manufacture "Bonnell Spring" over 10 years . The Height of "Bonnell Spring" can be manufactured from 100mm to 200 mm with 4-5-6-7 turns. Head diameter is from 58 mm to 90 mm with steel wire diameter from 2.0 mm to 2,35 mm. We apply heat treatment on "Bonnell Spring" in order to prevent sagging.
This type spring is one of the earliest design and it is currently the most durable mattress body
structure. With its low price and durability, bonnell spring is highly recognized by consumers around the world.

Which height you provided? There are three point height :1.top tie to botton tie 2.side height(3cm away from tie ) 3.tie oppesite height (the highest point).

Top and botton ties cannot loose ,the notch cannot point outside, the knot wire should be 2.5laps.

Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We are a real factory, if you have interest, we can show you workshop video of our factory.
Q2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit?
A:Dingsheng is located in the largest furniture production base - Jiangxi Ganzhou city. There're Ganzhou Huangjin Airport here, you can come here from Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai by plane, we'll send a car over to fetch you.
Q3: Will you arrange everything in China if we go to your factory?
A:Yes, please don't worry, we'll arrange everything, include free pick up, food and accommodation. We believe you won't regret it.
Q4. Can I get some samples? And do I need to pay for them?
A:Yes, we're happy to do this for you. For stock springs, fabrics, accessories, normally we don't charge for them, but customers need to pay freight cost. If you require proofing sample before your mass volume production order, we do charge sample fee.
Q5. What about MOQ for Mattress Coil Spring?
A:Normally our bulk production: about 25000KG ( 1 40HQ container can be loaded ), trail order can be at least 3000KG. Consider the high shipping costs, we suggest at least 1 container.
Q6. How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details or place order on line.
Q7. What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss samples,order details, production details by email. Then we issue you a PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need10-20days to finish the production. It depends on your order.Before the production has been finished, we will contact you about some shipment details, and then arrange balance payment. After the payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
Q8.How can I pay for you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay T/T.
