Detailed description
1. Robotic hand automatically ironing four sewing positions of trousers, making the ironing effect more natural and smooth(National patent)
2. Three rotary workstations can automatically spray steam and blow air; powerful hot air blowing function (blowing time can adjust), automatic steam spray function (steam spray time can adjust)
3. Waistband expansion device, waistband side clamping device. Adjustable width movable, tension can adjust and fixed.
4. Trousers leg pull down clamping device, with double adjustment,height and tension both are adjustable, can ironing long and short trousers.
5. Trousers waist and trousers leg pull down tension adjustment device, will automatically stop after reaching the set tension.
6. There is fixing device in the front of the waistband.
7. All devices are equipped with steam spray ironing function.
8. Programmed and controlled machine operation through PLC and display screen
9. Automatic material collection device.
10. There is a device for steam adjustment and overheating, and hot air is blown through the blower.
