b. It can remove solid and liquid particles of 0.01 micron and greater.

c. Flow rate can reach 1.72 Nm3/min.

d. Filtration rating is 0.01 μm with 0.001 ppm of oil content.

e. Quality class: ISO 8573.1

f. Maximum liquid load at intake is 40 ppm w/w.
