By adopting the surface co-extrusion technology to replace the surface coating treatment, this production line did avoid multi - channel compound production process, energy consumption can material cost can be saved. Morover, the production process has no pullution. Compared with other composite technique, the production line can save about 30% production cost.
The color of co-extrusion raw material is optional. It can produce variety kinds of decoration wall pannels, profiles by replacing different molds.
