How to obtain samples?

For some products with lower unit price, we can provide samples free of charge. For samples with higher unit price, we will provide them at the lowest price, and deliver them within 1-4 working days after your payment. Welcome to order our samples for testing.

What is the warranty period of your product?

The warranty period of the machine is 1 year. We will ensure the normal operation of the product, but this does not include manual error to damage the machine. We have written more warranty details into the manual.

How about after-sales service?

We will reply within 12 hours, and we will reply within one hour in the daytime. We have professional technicians to provide after-sales service. If you have any questions, please contact us.

What mode of transportation do you support?

We can provide a variety of logistics options, including sea transportation, air transportation and express delivery. We have many cooperative freight forwarders who can provide you with the most suitable logistics solutions. If you choose to receive goods in China, in most cases, we will include freight for your order.
