KT-668 Full Automatic 8 Station Rotary PVC TR Shoe Sole Injection Molding Machine
Product: Specialized in the production of TPU PVC TPR TR unit soles.
Applicable material: Compact and expanded thermoplastic material, such as PVC TR TPR and TPU.
1. Computerization in analysis and design, the machine is well in stability.
2. The machine is controlled by PLC automatic control system and touch screen operation.Operation system has different language for different customer, such as English, Spanish, Portuguese and Vietnamese.
3. Conformed to human engineering in design,it features operational compatibility.
4. Number of various stations may be optionally chosen for small quantity but greater in variety, or mass production.
5. The well-interconnected oil circuit by electric control can reduce waiting time, quicken production rate, and promote
productivity.
6. The multi-station mechanism is suitable for numerous molds to work in production line. It saves the time for the mold-change and extends the length of cooling time. The working efficiency is highly enhanced.
7. Specially designed, the oil pressure circuit board is simple in structure. The function description of various switches is
clearly indicated.
8. It could be equipped with air blowing system and can produce light weight.
9. All new model,2 color machine only need one worker for operation.
10. Using different clamping force of 80T/100T/120T/150T/200T for different design and material, to achieve the best quality of product.
