A1: No MOQ requirement for sample testing. The Minimum Order quantity is 10 pieces in general.
Q2. What's your terms of payment?
A2: T/T, 30% in advance, balance against B/L copy. 100% in advance for order amount less than USD5000. We offer 30% by T/T in advance, when order amount is above USD5000.
Q3. Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A4: Yes, we accept OEM/ODM. The MOQ is 300 pics/model for OEM/ODM order (Including customer brands, labels, different colors etc)
Q4. What are your terms of delivery?
A4: It depends on the order quantity. It usually takes 10-15 days upon receipt of your 30% deposit by T/T. Sample can be delivered within 7 days.

A5: We offer 1 year warranty (Not apply to any damage from misuse, negligence, improper installation, wiring). Each pump has been operated and tested before being shipped from our factory. Please contact us before send item back, and please package it carefully to avoid shipping damage.
