KG500GF open-air photovoltaic drilling rig is a product specially designed for photovoltaic foundation pile holes. It is equipped with an 86KW engine, high-efficiency desert air filter, and the maximum drilling diameter can reach 500mm. The hydraulic system uses a high-pressure cast iron pump, widened and thickened walking track shoes, a 28A roller chain for the lifting chain, and a box-type large-section steel guide rail to ensure that it has sufficient strength and can advance 4 meters at a time. The gyrator is equipped with four sets of slewing hydraulic motors, which are driven by high-modulus straight teeth and large reduction ratio, providing the drilling rig with a slewing torque of up to 12000Nm, suitable for large-diameter pile hole construction operations. Optional 1-ton carriage winch is convenient for hoisting drill bits, drilling tool impactors, etc. when used on large slopes, an 8-ton frame winch can be selected to ensure sufficient traction when the drill rig is used.
