- We are manufacture with own factories with 22,000 square meters in Suzhou city.

 Our trading department is in the Shanghai head office.

Q2. If I provide my own product design not on your product list, can you make it?

    How much for the new mould cost?

    How long to get the new sample?

- Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items. And we’ve made OEM and ODM items for many customers.

- We will do the feasibility evaluation by our designer first. If it is ok to make, we’ll prepare the prototype mould.

- Normally it takes 15 work days to get the samples. The cost of prototype mould will be charged according to the material and size of the product.

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

- We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q4. How long will be the lead time for making a 40HQ to get ready?

- Conservatively speaking 30 days should be considered in case of any public holidays during the period.

Q5. What is the payment term?

- T/T,L/C, D/P& D/A are both accepted. Normally it’s 30% deposit by T/T.
