Usage
Widely used as fabric softening agent(75% Ethanol solution). Can also be used as asphalt emulsifier, organic bentonite cover agent. It is also mainly used as excellent emulsifier synthetic rubber, silicone oil and other oil chemicals; it is the main component of hair conditioner; also can be used as antistatic agent, synthetic fiber, glass fiber softener, and fungicides and disinfectants.
Physical properties:
Light yellow paste. Almost insoluble in water, but soluble in nonpolar solvents. Has good emulsifying and dispersing ability, antistatic property and corrosion resistance. With soft, antistatic, sterilization, disinfection, emulsification and other properties, can be dissolved in alcohol and hot water.
Storage:
Stored in the dark, cool, dry and ventilated place.

Factory Introduction



Production Equipment
We have reaction kettles - 12 groups - correspond 12 production lines for Various reactions.
We will not mix the production lines for our regular products. And for customzied products, we will clear the line deeply before starting the production which make sure the quality will not be affected.


DCS Controlling Room
All our production line are automatic. All the reaction parameters, like temperature, pressure, reaction time are controlled by DCS system. Besides, we can also find every abnormal condition through the system, which make sure the safety and quality of our production.




Standard Hazard Cargo Warehouse

All our finished materials will be stored very well in our standard hazard cargo warehouse or in standard finished product storage tank, which make sure the safety and efficiency for the next step shipment. This also can keep our quality to be very stable after production.
