We made the hydroponics trays from thick, durable, high-impact ABS or HIPS which prevents the bowing or sagging under the weight of large plants or full capacity water.
The smooth surface is easy to clean, and large drain channels allow water to drain completely away from plants while giving extra structural support to the design.
We have developed 3'x6', 2’x4' 4'x4', 4'x6', 4'x8' size molds and some other Non-standard sizes trays current. Customized sizes are also acceptable, we could develop molds according to clients' designs and drawings.
