A: We have color options, also we can change the colors and attach your logo and brand based on your request, please contact us

Q: Do you offer guarantee for the ebike?
A: Yes, we offer one year warranty to our Ebikes

In fact, we only deal with quality machines that are built to perform the task in hand.
Q:Will the electric bike arrive assembled ?
A:Your bike will arrive 95% assembled and will be delivered in one of our specially designed boxes. The box is rather large .
Someone needs to be available to sign for the parcel. To fit the eBikes into our special boxes we have to turn the handlebars 90
degrees and remove the front wheel ,pedals. This are simple to re-fit once you have unpacked your bike. If you require assistance
please email us and we will be happy to help. 99% is possible for one container order .
Q:Where can I buy spare parts for my electric bike?
A: all of the components are regular cycle components, so you can pick up spares e.g inner tubes, tyres brake pads etc from any
good cycle shop. also you can order these parts from our factory directly . please contatc us for more details .

A: In the unlikely event of a problem, you can contact us via email where we will be happy to assist getting any niggles resolved.
