Safety performance classification


(1) Resistance to heavy loads. The battery pack shall be tested according to the regulations and shall not ignite or explode.

(2) Resistance to thermal shock. The battery pack shall be tested according to the regulations and shall not ignite or explode.

(3) Anti-overcharge. The battery module shall be tested according to the regulations and shall not ignite or explode.

(4) Resistance to overdischarge. The battery module shall be tested according to the regulations and shall not ignite or explode.

(5) Resistance to short circuit. The battery module shall be tested according to the regulations and shall not ignite or explode.

(6) High temperature storage. The battery shall be tested according to the regulations and shall not leak, smoke, catch fire or explode.

(7) Anti-heating. The battery module is tested according to the regulations. No part of the explosion battery penetrates the screen, and some or all of the batteries protrude from the screen.

(8) Anti-puncture. The battery pack shall be tested according to the regulations and shall not ignite or explode.

(14) Temperature cycling. The battery pack shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of 6.6.15, which shall not leak, smoke, ignite or explode; the appearance of the battery pack shall be free of cracks, no loss of quality, and the capacity shall not be lower than 70% of the initial state.
