We only use the central part of each wood plank to make sure there' s no weak point. Every wood ring can pass the break strength test of 400 Kg. No burrs and no flew point on the surface of the rings atter precsion machined.
Two straps manually warped and packaged inside the gym rings perfectly fit for package box 24*24*7cm. We can provide custom color box design or sticker lable design, our regular package indluding a brown box with good quality.
