Extendable Roller、Scraper with Sawtooth 、Alcohol or Acetone、
FIX3 Sealant(Optional)、FIX8 Sealant(Optional)
Installation Instructions
I、Yacht Surface Clean
1.Syteak PVC Synthetic Boat Decking is suitable for the surface of aluminium and glass fiber reinforced plastics，But the surface should be polished rough，increase the viscosity of sealant and hull.
2.Wipe the back of the hull and floor with alcohol or acetone,remove the dirt, ensure the adhesion of sealant.
II、Floor Installation
1.Scrape sealant on the surface of yacht，1.2 piece（600ml FIX3 Sealant）/m2
Points for attention：scrape evenly，the edge should be slightly thicker.

II、Floor Installation

2. Compact the floor with the Extendable Roller，expel the air, Air residue will form bulge
3. Put on board and Flatten with a heavy object
Points for attention：FIX3 sealant at 23 degree, 3 mm thick will take 24 hours to dry thoroughly. Generally, our scraping thickness is 1mm. Self-selected sealant shall be treated as appropriate
