Q2: Can we make our own design?
A: Yes, we have the professional design team that supplies OEM&ODM Service for you.
Customized logo/size/color/package etc. are all welcome.
Q3: What is your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity) for customized design?
A: Generally, it is 2000pcs/color.(Subject to the design and request)
If your order quantity is less than our MOQ, the price will be higher or cannot do for you.
Q4: Can you give the best discount?
A: We mainly do the wholesale service. Our policy is Larger Quantity, Cheaper Price.
We will quote you the best price based on the order quantity.
Q5: What is your payment terms for bulk order/small order ？
A: T/T or Credit Card.
Q6: Can I apply for a refund if I am not satisfied with the product?
A: We sincerely want to be your good supplier and feel very sorry that we did not provide you with satisfactory products or services. If the quality of the products have some problems, we will refund the product cost for you.
But please noted that the following situations are not product quality problems:
1. Size measurement error. All sizes are measured manually, so there may be 1-3cm error;
2. Slight product crease. Due to long-term logistics and transportation, the product may have slight crease, which will disappear when you tile 1-15 days;
3. Slight product smell. Due to the material of some products, there may be slight smell which is normal. Put the product in a ventilated place, and the smell will disappear in about 1-15 days;
4. Sutures problem, some products may have a small number of sutures when producing.
