The worker assembles wood case very careful and strickly to ensure good quality.
Handmade polish
We polish every sides and corner of kalimba to make it smoothly.
Drying wood case
All the wood case will be drying naturally after painting to ensure no crack even temperature variations at different country.
Assembles keys
We assemble keys one by one carefly and protect the wood case at the same time,so it wont have any scratch mark at the kalimba surface.
Tuning
We tune each keys by professional tuner before shipment,and test it 2-3 times to ensure every keys are in correct tone.
