2. Brewhouse consists of mash tun, lauter tank, kettle tank and whirlpool tank.
Two Vessles:(Mash/latuer tank & Kettle/whirlpool tank)
Three Vessles: (Mash tun & Lauter tank & Kettle/Whirlpool tank or Mash/Kettle tank & Lauter tank &Whirlpool tank)
Four Vessles: Mash tun & Lauter tank & Kettle tank & Whirlpool tank)
3. All parts of the equipment are made of high quality stainless steel SUS 304 with argon arc welding (Tig welding)
4. Insulation: ( PU or Rock wool)
5. Lauter tun configures combi-grain raking device and milling sieve plate.
6.Mash/ketlle tank is with stirrer device
7. Electronic thermometer sensors.
8.Spraying ball (Detachable)
9. Heating with dimple Jacket ( or electric heating )and stirrer device ensures temperature rise rate and improve overall
system efficiency with avoiding coking.
10. The tangent whirlpool design according to the heat concretion subsidence characteristics.
11. PLC design of control program meet demand of various process of craft beer.
12. Options: Automatic grain removing device (Frequency converting control) bottom door of grain removal.
