Q5: I would like to add my company logo on your products, is this possible?
A: CHINESS is an OEM / ODM factory to start, we customize on a regular basis products for many large retailers and brands. If your
order is at the below 10 units, we still can consider this as a SAMPLE order, some fees might apply for the logo prints.
B: Different methods are used for logos, please ask your Key Account MGR for more information on this issue, we will surely find
the right solution for you!
Q6: How long of the delivery?
A: Delivery / production time is directly affected by the size of the order. Common around 3 to 7 working days. Customized order
is about 15-20 working day (also depending in which season you are shipping )
Q7: What payment methods are available to us ?
A: We accept most of the payment methods, but mainly accept T/T and AliPay, L/C for super order as well.
Q8: How long is the warranty time?
A: 1 Year on the panels and 3 years on the electronic controller boards.
