2. Introduction:

We are supplying alloy chilled cast iron rolls for rubber industry, plastics industry, paper industry and other industries. 

The alloy chilled cast iron rolls are made of special cast iron.  We are also supplying rolls cored, drilled, or assembled. The surface of the rolls can be ground cylindrically or crowdedly. We are making groove rolls as well. 

We use two production technologies, the ordinary gravity pouring process and the centrifugal pouring process. Customers are free to choose.

3. Production description:

A. Produce Process: EAF + LF + VD + (ESR) + Forged + Heat Treatment (optional)

B. Delivery condition: Hot forged, Heat-treatment (Normalized / Annealed / Quenched / tempered), Rough machining.

C. Surface Finish: Black, Peeled, Turned & Polished

D. Technical Data: Chemical Composition, Physical Properties and Mechanical Testing according to the customer's requirement and Standard.
