Machine overview
1. The chassis is mainly used to support vibrating magnetic block, vibration trough, hopper, conveying track, etc. At the same time, an electrical distribution system is installed in the box.
2. The conveying track is mainly used to transport a steady stream of bottles, which makes the unit work continuously. The adjustable speed switch is installed on the right inner side, which can be adjusted and start and stop the operation of the track according to different requirements. There is an emergency stop knob switch on the outside of the track. During the operation of the equipment, if an accident occurs, the emergency stop knob can be pressed to make the equipment stop in time. Conveying track can adjust the height to meet the needs of different bottle heights, mainly adjust the fixed screw position of the two triangular supports below the track.
3. The main function of the electromagnetic vibrator is to pave the particles down the hopper, and to realize the preparation work of counting. There are two groups.

Working principle
The product uses the principle of photoelectric induction to count, bottle, transport the medicine particles induced, and all the running data can be monitored and set in real time. The machine has a total of 8 vibration "V" groove, the use of vibration effect automatically transferred into the lower hopper particles count one by one. A bottle stopper electromagnet is installed on the side of the track to ensure that the bottle stops when filling. When the set amount of filling is completed, the electromagnet opens automatically and the bottle is transported out of the track. Bottle photoelectric eye is installed on the left side of the track to detect whether empty bottles are waiting for the next bottling work. If no bottles are detected, if so, repeat the above operation. If there is no vibration device will stop working.
