A: we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. We also accept customized packaging or logo.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: Paypal, Western Union, T/T (30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery). We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. Can I get samples?
A: Yes, we offer samples to distributors and wholesalers, however customers should bear sample fee and freight.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long it arrive?
A: If you have shipping agent in China, we can ship goods to them. If not, we ship by Fedex, DHL, UPS. Hot products or sample order will be sent in 1-3 days after 100% payment normally. Bulk Purchasing order will be send in 7-25 days.

A: All the products are 1 year warranty time.
