Causes and Effects of Foaming in Papermaking
(1) The foam is mainly derived from many chemical additives added to the pulp tank during the beating process, and they are easy to generate bubbles during the beating and the closed cycle of white water;
(2) The generation of foam may also be caused by the unclean pulp washing, incomplete fiber swelling, the pulp falling in a waterfall, the air leakage of the pulp pump, etc., and a large amount of air is mixed into the water to produce foam and other factors;
(3) The slurry contains very fine fibers and pigment fillers, etc. These solid substances provide a carrier for the adsorption of air bubbles. Depending on the fiber, some are adsorbed on the surface of the fiber, and some penetrate into the interior of the fiber. The pigments and fillers are easily agglomerated on the surface of the bubbles, enhancing the strength of the foam.

Addition: According to different use systems, the addition amount of defoamer can be 0.05%-0.3%, and the addition amount is determined according to specific conditions;
Packing: This product is packed in 25/50/60/200/1000KG plastic drums;
Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place indoors. Before use, the container should be strictly sealed after use. About 25℃, the shelf life is 12 months
Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation to prevent the ingress of impurities such as moisture, strong alkali, strong acid, rainwater, etc.
