1. Do you have any minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?
No, we do not have MOQ requirement, we accept small orders from our customers. Please contact with us.
2. What is one-stop BOM service?
There are many components in the BOM list. It will take a lot of time to communicate with the different suppliers if customers purchase each components by themselves. We can provide all the components to customers.
3. Do you provide the BOM Kitting service? Can I send my BOM to you?
Yes certainly. We provide one-stop purchase service. Please just contact us and send us your BOM.
4. Do you provide PCB assembly service?
Yes, we have a cooperative PCBA factory which has ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 certification, with over 200 professional and technically experienced production employees.
5. Are your products original?
Our products are original from manufactory and authorized distributors.
6. Do I need to pay the sample cost?
For lower cost component with small quality, we can provide the free sample . And for high value part , we charge the sample fee that will be returned after mass production order confirmed.
7. What is your lead time ?
Most of the parts are in stock and could be shipped out 1-3 days after payment confirmed. For the large order please check with us for further confirmation.
8. What is your terms of packing?
Generally, for all of the parts are packed with professional anti-electrostatic packaging, compressive packing. and then put in neutral white boxes and brown cartons.
9. How are my parcels shipped?
Normally we use DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS and HONGKONG POST. Please contact with us otherwise.
