All building materials are custom built in our own factories right here in Foshan, China. 1.Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a professional furniture manufacturer, equipped with professional production lines, have experienced designer team, QC team and very well trained workers.
2. Do you provide samples? If yes, what is the lead time?
Yes, we welcome customer to request for samples. Usually samples can be delivered in 3-5 days after post fees received.
3. What is the lead time for mass production?
25-35 days after PO is confirmed.
4. You export goods through what ports?
Shenzhen and Guangzhou are the nearest ports. If customer want to consolidate shipments to other ports, that is no problem, we can have goods shipped to any port in China, or you can help you collect the goods.
5. What are the payment terms?
50% deposit at order, balance 50% to be paid before delivery. We accept T/T, Ali trade assurance.
6. How to install the kitchen cabinets?
Each unit have been packed in box and be well lable indicated. So you it is easy to put the unit cabinet to correct location.
A paper installation guide will be provided, also even to send people to your site to help install is available.
7. How to start an order?
(1) Client provide a architecture house floor pan or hand drawn a kitchen layout and your idea to us.
(2) We provide a free CAD design drawing and a precise quotation for you.
(3) Detail discussion and nigotiation.
(4) A final confirmed shop drawing and PI will be send to you to make deposit.
(5) Production will be arranged if we received your deposit.
(6) Inspection picture will be send to you when production finished. Shipment will be arrange after you paid the balance.
(7) You received goods and install it.
