Do not use or charge the battery under high temperature.

Do not short-circuit the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of the battery.

Do not immerse the battery into water and acidity liquids, or allow it to get wet.

The battery should be sorted in a clean, dry circumstance.

Please charge the battery by using the special charger with correct voltage.

Do not let the battery near fire.Do not disassemble the battery before get our permission.

The battery should be charged to full every 2-3 months while long time storing.

 

FAQ:

1. How to ensure quality?

We use only good quality and powerful cell. We produce battery with good welding and pack with good insulate material. We use safe and good quality charger.

 

2. Which battery shall I choose?

Please choose same voltage battery as your controller, also enough capacity to support your discharge rate.

 

3. After battery charge full, shall I disconnect charger?

Yes, if charge full, please don't connect charger and battery for long time, please disconnect them.

 

4. Battery delivery time and deliverty method?

Battery is very special product need aging test and regulated by very strict air transport policy (By air and by local carrier to door).

Production is normally 4-5 days. Delivery time is about 12-15 days (duty free to EU countries).

 

5. I can't power on,

(1). Please kindly check whether battery is power on (press power on button) and whethet battery has enough power (press power gauge)

(2). Please kindly check whether output voltage from battery discharge port is correct.

(3). Please kindly check whether battery positive and negative poles are correct same as your controller power input cable (not reversed).

(4). Please kindly check whether battery BMS board plug is close plugged

(5). If all above checked still have problem, please kindly contact us

Item has one year guarantee. Customer's wrong operation is not include in this warranty.
