 The technological process:Mesh belt into bottle,Ultrasonic wave washing,Three times water and air clean bottle inside and outside,Dry and sterilization,Filling and capping(roll);

This production line performance stable,operstion is very simple,According to customer technological requirements configuration can satisfy different specifications and production speed.

 The machine is suittable for medical,chemical and food industries. The filling head is 8 heads. The filling precision is high.(the applicable specification is from 20ml to 500 ml. Increase the pumps can be increased the production capacity.) It can use positioned filling. The pumps and the parts which contact the liquid are made of 316L stainless steel or health material. The whole machine is made of stainless steel material.
