Application
The liquid nitrogen crusher can be widely used for material crushing in pharmaceutical, food, chemical industry, national defense , scientific research and other industries.
For heat sensitive substances, Chinese and Western medicine, tissues of animals and plants, rubber, plastic and other materials which are tough and can not be crushed at room temperature.
Main Feature
The cryogenic mill system in material crushing process, the cold source to form a closed-loop system that allows full use of energy, save energy; crushed with a cold source temperature can be reduced to -196 degrees, according to the material brittle point temperature, the temperature in the grinding process can be adjusted to select the best ground temperature and reduce energy consumption. Grinding fineness can reach 10-700 mesh, even to the fineness of micron and so on. Use liquid as the grinding media, to achieve ultra-low temperature grinding, explosion-proof materials, oxidation and other comprehensive results.
