And can effectively solve the casting defects such as white holes and pores caused by the use of metal chilled iron.
Place the formed graphite chilled iron at the hot spot where the casting needs to be chilled, so that the metallographic structure of the casting can be more than 95% flake pearlite, the number of eutectic clusters can reach 450-550cm, and the hardness of the casting can be increased by 20-50HB , Can improve the surface finish and wear resistance of castings. When graphite chilled iron is used, graphite paint or talc paint can be painted on the chilled iron, and the number of uses is 5-10 times longer than that of metal chilled iron.
