DJS 48V 300AH LiFePO4 Deep Cycle Battery pack
DJS 48V lithium-ion battery is designed for forklift trucks operating 24/7. The high energy density of lithium combined with ultra-fast charging also makes it ideal for energy-intensive application machines.
Large warehouses demanding the retrieval of pallets at high levels in narrow aisles and round-the-clock performance can
significantly increase their productivity when using DJS electric energy solutions. Multi-shift applications, such as third-party logistics (3PL), manufacturing and food and beverage, distribution, and any other 24/7 material handling operations can benefit the most from lithium-ion power solutions.

We use lithium-ion technology because of the dramatic increase in energy density over current lead acid battery solutions. We chose lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) because it has a specific energy of ~110 watt-hours per kilogram, compared to lead acids ~40 watt-hours per kilogram. What does this mean? Our batteries can be ~1/3 the weight for similar amp-hour ratings.

3. BMS
The battery management system that DJS uses with the lithium-ion battery packs is designed to continually monitor the lithium-ion cells and other vital components. It offers overcharge/over-discharge protection, fault monitoring, battery health estimates, battery current/voltage detection, and a low cost/low power consumption feature. These features are all put in place to make the lithium-ion battery packs, found in forklifts, the most reliable power option offered.
